All of our items are custom hand-made to order items. This means as soon as you order, we get to work producing your item! Production usually takes 2 business days (maximum of 5). Delivery times are as follows:
United States: 2-5 transit days
Canada: 3-7 transit days
Europe: 4-8 transit days
Rest of the world: 6-10 transit days
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our jewelry products are made to order just for you! We're unable to offer returns or refunds for those. But we are committed to our 100% customer satisfaction policy and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
We offer a 60 day money-back guarantee for all online purchases. Our policy lasts 60 days after item has been delivered. You have 60 days from the date to issue the return request form, after that you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.

If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice.
If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it over no questions asked. Please email us to initiate the refund process - Any items that need to be returned must have an authorization number from BloomHearts..
To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size)
- What you'd like (exchange or refund)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resalable condition.
Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email email@example.com and we will send you return address according to your location.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The customer is liable for any import duties, customs and taxes, which will be due at the point of delivery or post-delivery.
