All of our items are custom-made to order items. This means once order is made and production begins.which usually takes 2 -5 business days. 

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:

  • Canada - Within 4-7 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-7 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days

These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

What currency do you use for International Orders?

You can choose to show prices on our website by selecting different currencies. It should be automatically showing in the currency of your current location. By default all charges are made in U.S. Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is calculated by the bank that has issued your credit card.

The design is then transferred to the product surface directly (no stickers!) and sealed with a liquid glass-like dome. Personalized Engraving available on most products

  • Engraved Design

The design is engraved onto the product, producing a highly detailed and attractive piece of jewelry. Personalized Engraving is available.

  • Etched photo Jewelry (Buyer Upload)

Similar to Buyer Upload, except the photo uploaded is etched onto the product using laser engraving. Personalized Engraving is available.

 

What Materials are our jewelry made of?

Gold/silver products are plated with Real 18K Gold/silver., using a high quality electroplating process that means it doesn't rub or flake away easily. 14K White Gold finish products are plated with Rhodium.

Our stainless steel products.316L Surgical Grade Stainless which is type of steel is both strong and very shiny! It's commonly used in body piercings and other quality jewelry products as it offers low reaction rates and doesn't tarnish easily.

For graphical products, the clear dome is a shatterproof liquid glass-like material that is applied by hand.We do not use any paper or stickers to place designs onto our products!

 

How do I take care of my necklace?

It's fine to get our jewelry wet! Wear it in the shower or while swimming, just make sure to dry it afterwards! Caring for our jewelry is simple, as the metals don't easily tarnish. Here are some basic tips:

If the item becomes dirty or tarnishes in some way, clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth.

Before storing the item, make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment.

When storing, avoid storing it mixed amongst other jewelry, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item.

While wearing, avoid exposure to chemicals (including cleaning agents), and avoid wearing in environments where the item may be knocked.
